The bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment will be debited on the day the order is shipped.

The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt by Les Tricots de Léa of the Client's letter informing them of their decision to terminate the contract, and only if delivery has not occurred in the meantime. Upon delivery, any damage or loss of contents must be noted by the recipient in writing, with precise, complete, dated and signed reservations on the delivery slip.
The recipient's digitized signature, as well as its reproduction, or any other indisputable means of secure identification, constitutes proof of delivery of the packages and the parties recognize that this signature has the same legal value as a traditional signature on paper.
Any item held for collection is handed over to the recipient or their agent upon presentation of an identity document, and after payment of any applicable duties and taxes (VAT, customs duties, port taxes, other taxes) as well as customs clearance services performed by CHRONOPOST.
For domestic shipments, and unless otherwise notified by the sender, an interactive delivery service (Predict) is offered to the recipient, who receives a delivery notification when the package is picked up, as well as in the event of an unsuccessful delivery.
He can make changes directly with CHRONOPOST:
In the event that the recipient communicates an instruction to CHRONOPOST changing the delivery day, the sender will not be able to claim compensation based on the delay.
The recipient's mobile phone number and/or email address are mandatory details transmitted to CHRONOPOST on transport documents and/or during end-of-day electronic file transmissions, in order to allow the recipient to be notified.
