Thank you for your order. We are sorry that it did not meet your full satisfaction.

You have 14 business days from the receipt of your package or its collection at a relay point to exercise your right of withdrawal.

From your customer area or via this link, simply request your return, and the prepaid Mondial Relay shipping label will be sent to you by email. The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order, with the carrier's postmark serving as proof. You can certainly reuse the original package.

When you have your order delivered in Metropolitan France (Mondial Relay and Chronopost), returns are free via Mondial Relay. For international orders (DHL and Chronopost), return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned new (undamaged, unsoiled, or unworn) in its original packaging, accompanied by the original tags on the garments. If these conditions are not met, and the item is unfit for sale, Les Tricots de Léa reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such a case, you will be notified by email, and the item will be sent back to you.
